If there’s one thing that can be tough when you’re busy – it’s finding time to sit down every day or every few days and update your Facebook page.
Quite often it’s a smarter idea to sit down once a week or once a month, and schedule some personalized posts in advance. This is a way you can line posts up at more optimal times, after work during the week or during the day on the weekend – whenever your audience is online.
Below I have a video showcasing just how to do this, but also some instructions underneath – if a video doesn’t suit you.
Let’s get started!
It’s quick and easy, all you need to do is open up your Facebook Page and on the left menu head to ‘Publishing Tools’.

Once there, hit the blue ‘Create Post’ button.

Then you’ll see the following screen on the dropdown that says ‘Share Now’, hit that and choose ‘Schedule’.

Then choose the date and time and hit ‘Schedule’

Click the small calendar icon to change the date you want your post published. Then enter the time next to it. Once you’re done, click the blue ‘schedule’ button bottom right.
Your post is now scheduled. At any time you can go back to ‘Publishing Tools’ and see/edit your scheduled posts under the ‘scheduled posts’ option on the left.

You can then go in, edit the post or even delete it and start again.
Now you’re set!
I nice quick and easy one today, and there’s no reason why you can’t load up several posts. There is a limit though, so I generally don’t recommend scheduling more than 10 at a time.
I hope this was useful. Any questions, just let me know in the comments below! Thanks for reading.
